PMC Achitecture offers the following:

• Patrick Crowley, Architect Founder and owner of PMC), meets and greets with clients and General Contractors at the site to kick off and understand the project parameters.

• PMC Architecture, Inc. prepares conceptual preliminary and design development drawings for approval by the client.

• PMC’s Cad Operators do the drafting and Patrick Crowley provides the ideas and supervision of the drawings for completeness and readiness to build.

• Patrick coordinates with our Structural engineers, T24 consultants, Civil Engineers (if needed) to provide a complete set of working drawings ready for City permit review and approval.

• PMC prepares and submits the Construction documents to City Building, Planning and Public Works for plan checking and permit readiness.
